Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & People Management
o Lead, develop, and mentor a team of PO Analysts and Senior Analysts, setting clear expectations and
performance standards.
o Oversee workload planning, prioritization, and execution to ensure team efficiency and output quality.

o Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training for new team members and system updates.
PO Strategy & End to End Operations Oversight
o Own the strategic direction and daily management of the PO creation and maintenance process across all
product categories.
o Ensure accuracy and compliance in PO creation, revisions, cancellations, and lifecycle updates within
ERP/PO systems.
o Establish and monitor controls for data governance, audit requirements, and process integrity.
o Anticipate operational risks in production or delivery timelines and guide the team on mitigation actions.
Cross Functional & Vendor Leadership
o Serve as the primary operational liaison to Vendors, Merchandising, Planning, Production, and Supply Chain
leadership.
o Drive alignment on sourcing calendars, production handoffs, and PO related milestones.
o Escalate and resolve systemic or high impact PO discrepancies, delivery risks, and vendor performance
challenges.
o Lead communication of PO related updates, exceptions, and business impacts to senior stakeholders.
Operational Excellence, Reporting & Insights
o Oversee the creation and enhancement of dashboards, KPIs, exception reporting, and delivery performance
analytics.
o Translate PO performance insights into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
o Conduct and guide the team in root cause analysis of recurring PO issues or systemic failures.
o Partner with Data/Tech teams to improve reporting consistency and automation.
Process Ownership & Continuous Improvement
o Own and maintain PO related SOPs, process maps, and governance documentation.
o Identify inefficiencies in systems, workflows, or communication flows; champion improvements or
automation initiatives.
o Collaborate with Product/Tech teams on system enhancements, UAT, and requirements definition.
o Drive adoption of standard processes across vendors, regions, and product categories.
Core Qualifications
o Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
o 8+ years of experience in merchandising operations, product operations, sourcing, supply chain, or related
retail functions.
o 4+ years of experience managing teams or leading cross functional operations.
o Deep knowledge of PLM, ERP, or PO management systems; experience leading system transitions a plus.
o Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, modeling) and dashboard/reporting
tools.
o Proven track record of managing complex operational workflows at scale.
o Strong vendor management experience across global markets and production calendars.
o Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem solving abilities.
o Experience in retail, apparel, footwear, accessories, or home goods preferred.
