Key Responsibilities
 Oracle Fast Formula Development – Design, develop, test, and maintain Fast Formulas across Core HR,
Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and OTL to enable accurate, compliant HR and payroll processing.
 Reporting & Extracts (BI Publisher / HCM Extracts) – Build and enhance BI Publisher reports (RTF/Excel
templates, bursting) and create/maintain HCM Extracts for payroll, benefits, finance, and third-party vendor
feeds.
 Integrations & Production Support – Build and enhance BI Publisher reports (RTF/Excel templates, bursting) and
create/maintain HCM Extracts for payroll, benefits, finance, and third-party vendor feeds.
 Develop and support inbound/outbound integrations using HDL, HSDL, REST APIs, SOAP services, and Oracle
Integration Cloud (OIC) where applicable.
 Troubleshoot and resolve production issues within agreed SLAs, including time-sensitive payroll issues.
 Produce and maintain technical documentation (design specs, data mappings, test scripts, runbooks) and
participate in Agile sprint ceremonies.
 Assess Oracle quarterly updates/patches, identify impacts, and implement remediation proactively.
