This includes strategic account management to maximise profitability, cross-selling and mapping market opportunities.Developing, engaging, coaching and supporting a wonderful team of consultantsProviding leadership in business development and client acquisitionDriving sales activities in existing and future marketsTraining and developing the team to reach their full potentialPreparation of weekly sales reports and regular forecastsEnsure contractual requirements are adhered toWhat you will need to succeed We are looking for a driven, ambitious State Manager who is passionate about delivering the best service to partner with both candidates and clients in a consultative style.
