What You Will Do (The Impact)
- Uncover Elite Talent: Proactively hunt, identify, and engage passive software engineers, product managers, and technical leaders using advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray search, GitHub, StackOverflow, and niche communities).
- Partner with a Tech Titan: Collaborate closely with our internal recruiting team and talent stakeholders at a global tech leader to deeply understand complex technical architectures and team cultures.
- Craft the Narrative: Write highly personalized, compelling outreach messages that achieve unmatched response rates from busy, in-demand technical talent.
- Build Long-Term Pipelines: Move beyond transactional hiring to curate robust, diverse talent communities for future scaling.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Use market maps and hiring data to consult internal teams on talent availability, trends, and competitive intelligence.
Who You Are (Requirements)
The Essentials:
- Global Mindset & Language: Full professional fluency in English (written and verbal) is required. You will be interacting daily with international teams and candidates spread across different regions.
- Scale Experience: Proven experience sourcing or recruiting within a fast-paced Global Organization or an agency setting that directly serves multinational enterprise tech clients.
- The "Sweet Spot": We generally look for a baseline of 4 years of commercial sourcing/recruiting experience to hit the ground running. However, if you have fewer years but possess exceptional drive, a proven track record, and a high technical aptitude, we still want to hear from you!
Nice-to-Haves (The Extra Edge):
- Full-Cycle Experience: While your primary superpower in this role will be top-of-funnel sourcing, having full-cycle recruitment experience is a massive plus, as it helps you understand the broader candidate journey and alignment with business goals.
- Deep curiosity about emerging technologies (AI/ML, Cloud Infrastructure, Scale Architecture).
