About the Role & ProjectRandstad is undertaking the e-one programme, a truly transformational initiative to implement Workday ERP (Financials & HR) across all our global markets. This programme is central to our strategy of harmonizing processes and leveraging data to drive performance.
We are seeking two motivated Financial Systems & Data Analysts to join the core project team. You will be instrumental in implementing our new global Performance Data Model (PDM) by aligning the Workday Foundation Data Model (FDM) with the unique needs of each new market we deploy. In this hands-on role, you will act as the crucial link between local finance teams and our implementation partner (Accenture), ensuring a seamless transition across FDM design, data migration, and reporting adoption.
Key ResponsibilitiesFoundation Data Model (FDM) Alignment:Collaborate with in-market finance and business stakeholders to understand and analyze their legacy financial structures (e.g., cost center hierarchies, local charts of accounts).
Guide and support markets in mapping their local data to Randstad's global FDM in Workday, ensuring alignment with core concepts like Cost Centers, Revenue & Spend Categories, and our custom organizations.
Data Migration Support:Act as a key point of contact for our markets during critical data conversion cycles, coordinating between them and our implementation partner.
Provide expert guidance on the functional requirements for completing Data Gathering Workbooks (DGWs) for domains such as Suppliers, Customers, GL beginning balances, and Business Assets.
Assist in troubleshooting data quality issues to ensure timely and successful data loads.
Global Reporting & Analytics Alignment:Support the adoption of our "on-platform" (Workday) global reporting foundation in newly implemented markets.
Conduct fit-gap analysis sessions to understand market-specific reporting needs and demonstrate how they can be met through our standardized reports and dashboards, championing global solutions over local customizations.
Qualifications & SkillsRequired:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant experience in a role involving financial systems, ERP implementation, or data analysis.
Strong understanding of core financial accounting principles (Chart of Accounts, P&L structure, cost centers).
Demonstrable experience with large datasets and a solid grasp of data quality and data governance concepts.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with high attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Preferred:
Direct experience with Workday Financials, particularly with its Foundation Data Model (FDM) and concepts like worktags.
Experience in a previous data migration or ERP implementation project, preferably in a large, multinational organization.
