- 4–6 years total experience.
- Minimum 4 years working in the candidate’s current primary tech (.NET / C# / ExtJS / VB.NET).
- Strong SaaS product experience.
- Primary focus on bug-fixing, maintenance and support activities — not greenfield development.
- Comfortable working across legacy VB.NET components and modern .NET/C# services.
- Good debugging, troubleshooting and issue-triage skills; ability to deliver quick, reliable fixes with minimal supervision.
Must-have technical skills:
- .NET / C# (core competency)
- ExtJS (UI maintenance/customization)
- VB.NET (working knowledge for legacy modules)
- Experience in SaaS product environments
