- Handles access requests, maintains accurate access records, and ensures compliance with established access policies. Performs troubleshooting for access issues and provides functional user support
- Assists the testing, integration and implementation of network segments, software, systems and applications. Supports with monitoring releases to ensure effective deployment to the production environment and identifies and follows up with development team on any failures
- Advises business users and supports on common issues for responsible services and systems, and escalates more complex issues where necessary
- Performs maintenance and housekeeping activities required to deliver services in line with processes and standards, ensuring services are available when required by the business
- Assists in performing analyses on system specifications, usage, functionality, and related performance metrics for management review
