Work Experience: 4+years of progressive, documented experience as a business-system analyst or equivalent combination of education and experience. Specific experience in defining/analyzing requirements, working in a fast-paced IT environment with SDLC methodologies (Agile/LEAN preferred), and testing experience is required. Proficiency in Wireframe, Mockups, Process Mapping, Visio, and MS Office Suite is intermediate.
