Location: Hybrid - Work from home with on-site requirements weekly in Birmingham
Client: Leading technology company focused on industry, infrastructure, transport, and healthcare
Your Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:
- Craft Future proof Talent Strategies: Utilise your market knowledge to design innovative MSP recruitment solutions.
- Vendor Management: Drive vendor management across various roles, ensuring top-tier client service and expert advice.
- Technology and Insights: Leverage technology (fieldglass) and analytics to tailor recruitment solutions based on specific requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Be the first point of contact for managers and suppliers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Problem-Solving: Use your initiative to resolve queries and find effective solutions.
Expectations:
- Deliver high-class client service and expert recruitment advice.
- Tailor recruitment solutions using your MSP recruitment knowledge.
- Thrive on building and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hire blue collar/ and white collar profiles.
- Technically capable with working experience of Fieldglass or Beeline
