As a senior-level analyst, you will help bridge the gap between complex risk data and strategic decision-making. You will be tasked with enhancing risk management capabilities, simplifying data processes, and delivering multi-dimensional business intelligence that provides advanced insights into risk trends across global products and business lines.

Requirement Leadership: Lead the end-to-end requirements gathering process; document business needs, define scope, and align objectives with overall business strategies.
Data Analysis & Strategy: Analyze heavy data sets across multiple domains to determine patterns, assess data integrity, and support integration activities.
Risk Domain Expertise: Interpret regulatory reporting requirements and translate them into actionable data requirements for both retail and non-retail credit risk.
Process Reengineering: Identify opportunities for standardization and scalability within Risk Management and partner with stakeholders to execute process optimizations.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between Risk Management, Lines of Business, and Technology teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Change Management: Develop and execute communication plans to manage the human and operational side of technological shifts.
Technical Delivery: Support the "Risk Data Factory" initiative, assisting in centralizing and curating data on the Azure cloud for analytics consumption.
Qualifications
Must Haves:
Education: Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or related advanced degree is strongly preferred.
Experience: Proven track record in Banking/Financial Services or Capital Markets consulting, specifically leading change initiatives using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Technical Skills: * Proficiency in SQL Server is required.
Advanced mastery of the MS Office Suite (including Visio) and PDLC/SDLC standards.
Experience with data operationalization and business process engineering.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex recommendations to Executives. You must be a detail-oriented, strategic thinker capable of working under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience with Azure Services (Databricks, Synapse, Unity Catalogue).
Working knowledge of Alteryx or Power BI.
Deep knowledge of lending, trading, or collateral management.
