The ideal candidate will be from a Joinery background.A key member of the maintenance team responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance to a wide variety of fabric and limited engineering assets. Ensuring high levels of compliance as well as Health & Safety at all times. The post holder will have a proven track record working on High Profile commercial contracts. Main Duties/Responsibilities:Inspect/repair floor, walls, ceilings and roofsInspect /repair free standing and fitted furnitureInspect/clear drainage and gully systemsInspect/replace luminariesInspect/repair doors (Inc.
