    Are you a Health Care Assistant with experience in Adult Mental Health? Can you manage a caseload of service users with mental health needs? If so then we could have the ideal role for you! We are looking for HCA to work in various Private mental health hospitals around the North West, at locations such as Manchester, Preston, Altrincham, Bury and more. The successful candidate would ideally have assessment, risk management and care planning experience and would be confident working autonomously and building strong therapeutic relationships with their service users. They would conduct assessment for patients suffering mental health issues and provide interventions and recovery focused care to ensure their clients maximise their independence. The working pattern is usually Long days, Monday - Friday, however some weekend work and night shifts may be required .
