The business is undertaking significant change and is looking to appoint a contractor to assist in leading and managing organisational change initiatives within one of their divisions. This role will also provide coaching and mentoring to develop change management capability within the division.To be successful in this role:This position will inherently include stakeholder/change management planning at all levels, cultural development from a change perspective, and extensive communication management duties; you will: Ensure delivery of high-quality organisational change management practices and services to support the implementation of the work program, including impact assessments, change readiness, communication campaigns and resistance management. Work closely with stakeholders to develop/ implement organisational change management initiatives, including communication, stakeholder management and training relating to the specific work program. Identify risks and issues relating to organisational change aspects of the program.Contribute to project benefits realisation management from an organisational change perspective.Monitor and measure change relating to the program and provide advice on course correction where impacted persons experience resistance or change fatigue. Facilitate workshops, deliver presentations and training as required to support the implementation of change related to the program.You will make tangible contributions to ensure that employees are enabled to face future challenges and achieve the business outcomes required. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, including project teams, impacted stakeholders, and other specialist functions. Prepare and review change-related deliverables and documentation to be included in project management documentation. Your role will also involve some business travel.You will have considerable project experience and experience working within changing organisations/environments. You will have strong analytical ability and demonstrable experience in managing competing priorities.
