Business Transformation Partner - 6 Month FTC
The Business Transformation Partner will work closely with our operational stakeholders to understand their challenges, processes and opportunities to support the delivery of our digital marketplace. They will capture the current ways of working and desired success outcomes for the digital marketplace, working closely with our digital product manager and business analysts to map against the platform capabilities.
They will map out the “future state” processes and ways of working to ensure that the digital marketplace is used and adopted correctly to maximise the full business potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the business stakeholders to understand the current state, pain points and opportunities
- Ensure detailed process maps are captured to support the design and build team to deliver optimum solutions
- Validate and prioritise platform feature requests to ensure timely delivery of only critical items
- Work with the Business Analyst to perform gap analysis of the platform and the business requirements.
- Document future state processes, identifying for the business what is and what is not changing.
- Work closely with the business change lead to ensure our people are prepared and supported through the change process
- Identify what changes in processes, procedures and practices are needed to achieve change and deliver the expected benefits, pushing best practice.
- Support the business to realise the benefits of the new programme through successful user adoption. Continually measure adoption of processes
- Provide input to support the design and delivery of training programmes with L&D.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in the recruitment sector is beneficial
- Experience of successfully contributing and collaborating with teams on projects or initiatives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organisation
- Keen interest in technology with a proven proficiency in front office applications
- Comfortable at facilitating workshops
- Effectively document processes
- Work with a lot of autonomy
- Prioritise multiple tasks effectively
- Ability to work productively in a cross functional team
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to form well thought out conclusions and recommendations.
