As a Senior Sourcing Recruiter you will be joining the ROD project to source the best talent for one of the biggest manufacturing companies throughout the EMEA region.
what you will do- Collaborate with the on-site Talent Advisors and Hiring Managers to take full ownership of the candidate pipeline
- Source & screen candidates using various sourcing channels
- Conduct phone or video screening calls with the candidates
- Manage the full cycle of candidates, referrals, and talent pipelines
- Review incoming applications in the ATS system
- Interact with candidates and focus on providing a great candidate experience
- Bring Market Insights to the meetings and educating stakeholders about the most appropriate recruitment strategy
- At least 3 language skills among the following languages: English, French, German, Spanish
- Previous experience in the recruitment industry (open to Sales or Customer Service as well)
- Engineering recruitment experience is a plus, but not a must-have
- Be ready to step into the spotlight and act as an advisor during recruitment meetings
- Experience in Workday, Linkedin Recruiter and/or LinkedIn Talent Insights is a plus
