1) Monthly training plan based on Annual training calendar2) Training plan communication to AMD / AD / Field Staff3) Conduct Trainings as per annual plan4) Plan and execute training programs thru Dealer inhouse trainers5) Monitor Attrition of dealer staff & plan training to improve % Trained6)Updating of training data in LMS ( Daksha)7) Evaluation of Training effectiveness8) Settling bills pertaining to training expenses on a monthly basis9) Prepare Dealer
