• Having experience in Designing & Driving of HR Automation Projects
• Having experience in Driving of HR processes efficiency by leveraging digital technology to enhance employee experience
• Ensure smooth functioning of Implemented Modules and extend timely support for stabilization
• Having experience in vendor management such as Processing of PO's & Payments etc.
• Having experience in preparation of road map for implementation and approach adopted etc.
• Providing Support in coordination with internal and external stakeholders for implementation.
• Having experience in process streamline and standardization across group etc.
Candidate Profile:
Should have expertise in organizing, communicating, driving and interpreting information to facilitate HR Automation
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for query resolution and tracking the progress of HR System implementation etc.
Should be able adapt to latest HR Technologies.
Experience in managing documents for streamlining the HR systems to achieve organizations goals and objectives.
Tracking of effectiveness of HR processes by building relevant HR Dashboards and MIS etc
