Responsibilities
User Research & Analysis: Conceive and conduct comprehensive user research, interviews, and surveys. Translate findings into actionable artifacts such as sitemaps, user flows, and customer journey maps.
Iterative Design: Design the overall functionality and interface of digital products. Rapidly create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma, iterating based on user testing and feedback.
Product Leadership: Lead and monitor UX activities throughout the entire product development lifecycle to ensure project objectives and schedules are met.
Collaboration: Partner with Product Owners and multi-disciplinary teams using Agile methodologies to facilitate the product vision and develop optimal digital solutions.
Strategy & Implementation: Establish web design solutions supported by service blueprints and UX content strategies. Ensure a smooth, integrated end-to-end user experience across various devices and interfaces.
Accessibility & Standards: Identify design problems and devise elegant solutions that adhere to modern web development technologies and design systems.
Design Operations: Utilize DevOps environments for seamless handoff and collaboration with development teams.
Qualifications
Experience: Extensive experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or Interactive Designer, specifically focusing on complex web and mobile applications.
Research Mastery: Proven track record in conducting user research and translating data into intuitive user experiences (wireframes, prototypes, user stories).
Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Figma and a solid understanding of the limitations and appropriate use of web development technologies.
Agile Mindset: Demonstrated experience working in Agile environments, incorporating continuous user feedback to close the gap between business needs and solutions.
Emotional Design: Experience designing online programs with an emphasis on the emotional aspects of the human experience.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain strong client relationships.
Education: A degree or diploma in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
