Reporting directly to the CMO, the Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end establishment, governance and optimization of marketing processes and technologies. Be the glue that holds all marketing activities together - from creative campaigns to data integrations and insight generation. Ensure that campaigns are deployed effectively; goals are defined clearly and kept in focus, data is tracked properly, reports are used and insights applied, budgets are respected, planning is actionable, and communication routines are smooth. Oversee the tools, data, automation, and integrations leveraged by the global marketing team to ensure successful campaigns and effective audience engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders. Manage multiple projects and work streams. Operate as the main point of contact for the global marketing team, owning cross-departmental relationships and ensuring successful collaborative projects. What will you need?Experience in marketing, preferably within a growth-stage B2B SaaS or enterprise sales organisation. Successful track record supporting marketing execution and operations.Experience with marketing automation tools ie. CRM, CMS, email marketing, website analytics and integrations. Stellar communication skills with demonstrated success working cross-functionally with product, sales, and all functions within marketing. Be a detail oriented problem solver, fast learner, emphatic communicator and excel at time and resource management.
