    A contracting opportunity has become available within the Compliance & Operational Risk team in London to work on a project to develop & enhance the second line coverage model for the EMEA Global Regulatory Equity Aggregation Team. This will include undertaking analysis & review of the team's processes, identifying key controls and recommending enhancements to the Compliance & Operational Risk Management Program framework with respect to the team's regulatory reporting.The Global Regulatory Equity Aggregation Team team are responsible for monitoring shareholdings of the bank's group entities in publicly traded companies and for ensuring compliance with regulatory reporting requirements, including disclosure of information relating to large shareholdings. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting Compliance & Operational Risk to develop and enhance the second line oversight model for Equity Aggregation Reporting in EMEA.You will be;Performing a detailed analysis / review of the core processes and controls within the Global Regulatory Entity Aggregation Team with respect to the production and submission of EMEA large shareholder disclosures Mapping key control activities in the team (including quality assurance) Making recommendations to enhance the Compliance & Operational Risk coverage model for the team e.g. development of Testing routines to assess the design and effectiveness of key controlsSupporting development of new Monitoring & Testing routinesYou need to have;Strong communication skills and stakeholder managementAbility to manage & prioritise multiple deliverables Intellectual curiosity and questioning mind-setLogical thinker with excellent analytical skillsExperience in analysing process flows and internal controlsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a pressurized environment, with tight deadlinesHigh attention to detail, diligence and conscientiousnessKnowledge of Equity Aggregation Reporting / large shareholder disclosureRandstad Financial & Professional encourage applications from individuals of all ages & backgrounds.
