• Working within a cross-functional, international team focusing on creating and improving digital supply chain and manufacturing analytics tools used to drive corporate supply chain strategy.
• Pioneering new and innovative design concepts, to create novel and user-centered, reporting and data visualization for manufacturing and supply chain stakeholders and/or business leaders.
• Defining product experience through experience models, personas, storyboards, site maps, flow diagrams, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Synthesize data from many sources to identity key strategic product and service opportunities, create UX vision and strategic roadmaps that aligns with the overall business goals and objectives for new 3M innovation within.
• Defining and tracking UX metrics to measure the success of the UX strategy.
• Supporting the creation of design system foundations, components, libraries and guidelines for scalability, efficiency, and consistency.
• Collaborating and supporting other design disciplines like UX research, Ul Design, UX testing etc. to craft human-centered solutions that drive better outcomes.

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, we require (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university in design, human-computer interaction or equivalent degree.
• Two (2) years of relevant digital design experience in a private, public, government or military environment
• Proficiency with Figma, PowerPoint (for larger shareouts), and collaboration tools such as Miro.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• 3+ years relevant experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Experience designing and delivering for React applications, supply chain and manufacturing reporting, data visualization, and design systems.
• Skills including storytelling & presentation, UX design and research best practices, UI audits, visual design best practices, and a collaborative mindset.
