Roles and Responsibility:• Review daily funds position and advise management on the funds planning• Selection of Banks• Evaluate the products offered by bank w.r.to loans, overdraft facilities and work out best option to company• Execute Guarantee Agreement• Provide MIS to holdings• Review treasury operations to ensure the defined controls are in place regularly• Auto bank reconciliations.• Comply with RBI guidelines and FEMA regulations• Micro management
