Role Overview:The Lead Manager – Demand & Supply owns end-to-end demand planning, supply planning, S&OP, and the cross-functional coordination required to deliver on-time, in-full (OTIF) supply and first-time-right commercial readiness for new launches. The role partners closely with Sales/BD, Manufacturing, QA/QC, Procurement, RA, and external partners - key B2B customers) to ensure accurate forecasting, optimized inventory, efficient capacity utilization

Role: Sr. Supply chain ManagerReporting: Founder Qualification :Full Time MBA from Grade A, B School with specialisations in SCM OR Engineer from Grade A engineering colleges Minimum Experience :7- 10 Years in SCM in FMCG OR FMCG StartupRequirements & Role overview: Must have handled Logistics, Warehousing , Buying , SNOP for FMCG Company, Ideally from Food FMCG Warehousing -Must be conversant with Supply chain requirements for B2B (QComs, MT, GT) and B2
