We are working with a specialist rail contractor who are growing exponentially and looking to increase the strength and depth of their delivery teams. As a result their major projects team are looking to secure the services of a PM/Senior Project Engineer who will be expected lead bids and then deliver track infrastructure projects. They already have a solid pipeline of work in hand with one project already earmarked for the PM to deliver but they will also require the Project Manager to help secure new track infrastructure projects. The role is based on Sydney's north shore and it would suit an SPE from a tier one or tier two contractor that is looking to step up and deliver their own project as a PM. Suitable candidates will be expected to have proven track delivery experience working on behalf of a contracting organisation. They should have strong commercial acumen and be able to price and scope projects both in the bidding phase and during delivery. In return the PM will receive a competitive remuneration package $200,000 to $220,000 and guidance from a Senior Manager who is extremely well respected in the industry who will help them grow and develop. The role is hands on and would suit someone that is ooking at moving away from a tier one contractor to get more exposure to delivering all aspects of a project. This contactor also respects work life/balance and doesn't over work their employees through excessive hours. If you are interested in finding out more please contact Andy Lowe on 0431245509 or email Andy on andy.lowe@randstad.com.au.
