The candidate does not have to understand any of the systems they are using as all training will be provided, however it is desired that the candidate comes from a commercial environment, with experience in training and development.The department is launching a lot of new products so it would be useful for the candidate to understand or have some healthcare experience, maybe a medical healthcare background or knowledge, someone who knows the market. It is also desirable that the candidate have a higher level education/degree.
