Roles & Responsibilities• Lead New Product Development (NPD), as well as Testing & Validation, for Heil refuse truck bodies,ensuring delivery of robust, production-ready designs from concept through to product launch.• Manage end-to-end product development encompassing concept generation, production release, andpost-launch field support.• Fulfill Annual Operating Plan (AOP) objectives related to cost, quality, delivery, and engineering resourcemanagement.•
