Our personal support packages enable all children and young people to benefit from their stay with us. It is a tailored bungalow which has five bedrooms, two bathrooms and several communal living and play areas. Adlin House also has a large enclosed garden with a wide range of play equipment. As a residential worker you will be providing fun, inclusive and flexible support to help disabled children, young people and their families live the lives they want. Working as a Residential Support Worker, you must be willing to go above and beyond for the children and young people - ensuring that they have an experience of childhood that they can reflect upon and carry with them into adulthood. You will also support children and young people in their personal care, administration of medication and clinical procedures in line with Action for Children's policy and procedures and regulatory requirements. Waking nights are also part of this opportunity and are equally divided out across all staff members. There are also opportunities for dedicated night workers.     An exciting opportunity has arisen for enthusiastic and passionate Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to work within an Acute setting. Do you have Ward experience and thrive on helping patients that have mental health difficulties? An NHS Ward in the Carlisle area is looking for RMN's to work consistently for the next 6-12 months. For this role you will be expected to administer medication, provide therapeutic interventions, review and amend care plans and support the ward to run smoothly day to day. As an ideal candidate you will have experience in Adults Mental health and be able to demonstrate your competence and willingness to learn new skills. To be considered for this position you would ideally have completed PMVA training recently, however we can support you with this if you require the training.
