Main Tasks : To oversee overall Port & Terminal Operations team including the execution of the Ops strategy across all the Area ensuring strategic initiatives and daily tasks are carried out as directed and completed within SLA / KPI / Target defined by Areas / Region. General Tasks and Responsibilities 1. To ensure tasks completion as per agreed SLA with Areas / Region. • Arrange Load/Discharge ✓ check and trace pending container ✓ check customs status ✓
