    社名社名非公開職種総務業務内容This position would be responsible for 2 areas, General Affairs which will be in charge of a wide range of areas to move the entire company organization smoothly, and Retail Business Partner which will be working closely with Retail team to align business objectives. General Affairs :・Search/ Manage partnership with most suitable External vendors. ・Create and manage Fringe benefit budget・Responsible for company events, such in-house meeting, office move etc. ・Lead and manage new joiner’s onboarding. ・Oversee Disaster control and Risk Management ・Manage business trip applications・Others to ensure the office working environments maintain in a good condition and all operations are conducted smoothlyRetail Business Partner・Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.・Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.・Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
